PJ Monte brings a rare blend of hospitality heritage, creative vision, and branding expertise to Chelsea Developers. Raised in a family with over a century of hospitality experience, he developed an innate understanding of service, storytelling, and the art of creating memorable spaces. His career in New York City’s cultural industries has spanned nightlife, music, art, photography, and high-profile brand work for Versace, Amazon, Nike, Tao Group, and more. Through his work with Pool Projects, PJ honed his skills in interior design and branding, shaping spaces and experiences primarily in New York, The Hamptons and Los Angeles. From launching acclaimed restaurants to leading immersive campaigns, he excels at blending cultural authenticity with striking design. With hands-on experience in concept development, construction, brand identity, and experiential marketing, he ensures Chelsea Developers’ luxury properties are not just built, but positioned as destinations that inspire and connect.
